At this year’s luncheon, WE are going ALL IN, celebrating our victories, and looking ahead to building a future of equity for working women, their families, and communities. During this event we will honor and celebrate leaders who have dedicated their lives to championing equity for women and are unwavering in their commitment to ensuring fundamental and systemic change at all levels.

Our panel conversation at the luncheon will focus on the interconnection between the issues facing working women—including paid leave, caregiving, pay equity, access to education, job quality, and more—and how no single advocate or organization can do this work alone. To truly ensure women’s economic security, we must be ALL IN, working together to drive solutions across issues and sectors in order to sustain change.
