The coronavirus pandemic has exposed a critical flaw in the American economic system: the lack of paid sick leave for all workers. Our Illinois leaders need to fill the gaps left by Congressional legislation and ensure all workers have paid time off to care for themselves or a sick family member. 

We must ensure the economic and physical wellbeing of ALL Illinois workers, now and in the future.
