Equal Pay Chicago Coalition | Equal Pay Day Rally
Join the Equal Pay Chicago Coalition for an Equal Pay Day rally on March 26, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Daley Plaza as we bring attention to the persistent gender wage gap and call for fair and equitable pay for all workers.
Anchored by Women Employed, the coalition brings together organizations, businesses, and government partners committed to advancing pay equity in Chicago through advocacy, education, and collaboration.
Speakers will include Iliana Haven, Housing Organizer, Access Living; Sharmili Majmudar, Executive Vice President of Policy, Programs, and Research, and Starr De Los Santos, Associate Director of Coalitions, Women Employed; Commissioner Nancy Andrade of the Chicago Commission on Human Relations; Channyn Lynne Parker, CEO, Equality Illinois; and Jane Flanagan, Director of the Illinois Department of Labor.
