Menopause Matters: The Economic Impact of Menopause

October 16 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm CDT
Advocacy Council Meeting

Join us on October 16th for a conversation about the economic impact of menopause and why menopause matters in the workplace. Employee health and well-being is of critical importance in the workplace for retention, morale, and productivity. The natural transition of menopause, and the ways in which it impacts those going through it, is finally being talked about more openly.

Providing support to employees who experience menopause has significant benefits for employers, employees, and society. This webinar will explore the ways that employers can provide responsive workplaces and align business priorities with employee needs through the implementation and communication of supportive policies, practices, culture, and work environments.
