According to the Center for American Progress, women have lost a net of 5.4 million jobs during the pandemic—nearly 1 million more job losses than men. Women are burdened with the hard decision of working outside the home to financially provide for their families or leaving the workforce to personally and physically provide for them. Join us to discuss this came about and what we must do moving forward.
