Building an Economy That Works for Everyone—Fifth Third Bank debrief discussion of the Road to Recovery event

Please join Jessica Andujar Redman, SVP Commercial Banking at Fifth Third Bank, in conversation with Sharmili Majmudar, EVP of Policy and Organizational Impact at Women Employed, and Susan Gallagher, President & CEO of BPI Group.
The debrief discussion will build on the June 22nd Road to Recovery virtual gala series event, hosted by the Shriver Center on Poverty Law, that highlighted strategies for ensuring economic justice for all. The panelists will share some insights from their personal story and how they have seen policies shift from when they began their career to today. The discussion will also include insight from Susan Gallagher with respect to the policies she sees in the industry today and from Sharmili Majmudar about concrete actions that individuals and institutions can take to ensure that the insights on inequities revealed by COVID are converted into real and lasting change that allows everyone to thrive, especially the women of color laboring in roles that are invisible yet essential.
