Each year, Equal Pay Day is recognized world-wide to bring greater awareness to the racial and gender pay disparities. In the United States, the date symbolically marks how far into a new year the average woman must work to earn as much as the average white man did in the previous year. Join our group of nearly 100 supporting organizations, and hear from WE’s new CEO Cherita Ellens, who will speak about the No Salary History Act and the work we’re doing to ensure equal pay for all working women.
