Efrata Sasahulih is the Program and Research Coordinator on the Policy, Programs, and Research team at Women Employed. Efrata participated in WE’s The Pattis Family Foundation Summer Leadership Program and brings with her project management, evaluation, research, and data analysis skills built at organizations ranging from GirlForward, Achieving College Excellence (ACE) at Loyola, to Planning, Implementation, and Innovation (PIE) Org and most recently, as a Research Associate at Heartland Alliance.

As a first-generation college student, Efrata has a particular perspective and commitment towards pursuing workplace equity and educational opportunity for women. Efrata has an Master of Arts degree in Applied Social Psychology, Bachelor of Arts degree in African Studies, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, from Loyola University Chicago.
